Off the top of my head, I think the only ones you have to manage are
Josy prep party, Maya hangout in episode 6 (i think it is), or flipped
Apart from that, just fuck whoever wherever and it evens out. Josy has a missable scene at the HOT mixer, after you give her the drink which i guess is counted, Maya has one at the halloween party if you bring up Josy in the hallway

When it comes to a run where in the end you either going to end up with only Maya or Josy, I'm also near 100% certain it's important to just let them keep arguing when they enter the Halloween party. I just did that for the first time while on my DIK Others run where I also had heavy feelings for Josy (before this I tried to mend it on Halloween), and during the BBQ i got new dialogue where it heavily implies that Josy is going to choose for MC instead of Maya. I'm going to focus on Maya soon as well to see if she also has unique dialogue on that route.

still gonna try it, but as soon as friday arrives I won't log back in here, its gonna be full of chaos and spoilers... hehGuys i have played the dick and chick routes and also the whatever options i like route. and when I look at you guys talking about one girl only path it kinda makes me want to do it as well. and i love quinn and bella. my question is how much of a dialogue difference you can see when you do a solo path or is it basically an after thought meaning it is there just to be there. where nothing really majorly is improvised its just the other girls storylines are cut off? expecting answers because its a big game and i dont have much time with me for spending on a re run that might be unfulfilling

there are very few differences, very few different lines of dialogue up to the eighth chapter (Maya and Josy VS Jill for example), after which there are a few more, a few different scenes, from the LIs you did not choose, particularly Josy
on the content it's hard to answer, there are a lot of scenes that are exclusive, because they are essentially related to the relationship MC has with a certain LI or SG, especially those with sexual developments, but not only. also there are the ‘hang outs’ where not all options are always available depending on the run you have chosen
at the same time there are many scenes, not even that important, that are nevertheless canon: whatever you do you go to the gym with Josy and to yoga class with Bella
have you played the quinn one? any developments exclusive in dialogue scenes and hangouts with respect her being the only girl? or its just the same as pursuing her regardless of being in a relationship with other girls? also when people do a solo path? how do you do that? when do you stop rejecting girls? lets say for example on a bella only path but the story starts with josy right? so now should i outright not flirt or reject advances with her?

Quinn has 3 main interactions with the other girls.
if tou are with Maya in the 6th chapter she will not allow you to help her, an episode that begins her run
if you're with Jill in chapter eight, then she will dump you
if you're with Sage you'll have the opportunity of threesome with both of them also at the 8th chapter
every character has crucial moments, essentially only those decisions count.
for example with Maya and Josy the decision at the end of the fourth chapter counts, even if you had sex with them before, you still have time to dump them

If you are doing a quinn only playthrough how do you go about it? which i believe you did. which i expect you to lay it out a bit briefly. which i know is tedious. which is also the only way i could have a good time with this game because my adhd kicks in and i always feel like i am not doing it right or going about it the right way. In theory before LIs' major choices you could do as you see fit.
For example, I, in order to make sense of the story, until the fourth chapter I am still interested in Maya and Josy in practically every run.
But to minimize the risks it's probably best to reject them right away

Usually on the Main LI runs, I don't have any other relationships with other girls, SGs included.
An example if I chose Sage as a Main LI, I would need to not be in any other relationship by EP6.
- Friendzone Maya and Josy at EP4
- Not going to the Sauna with Bella in EP6 and finally not holding Jill's hand in EP6.
- Also not takeout and not dated Jade.
